Hi, I am new in php programming and I would like to learn more!

I have found a site with implementation for acessibility validator. It's called hera!

I am trying to understand how can I run it on my computer, but I don't know . . .

There is one folder with name inc and in there is a script hera.sql but there is not name of database that I have to create.

could someone help me ???
